In Johnny Worker: Learning How to Learn, a young boy is taught the importance of work. The story starts with Johnny wanting to buy a fishing pole but, unfortunately, he does not have the money to do so. He comes up with an idea to earn the money and, with the help of a friend, he learns the importance of working with purpose. During the course of the book, Johnny and his friends grow from young children to adolescence. Through this journey, Johnny is lead to Jesus Christ and His plan of salvation. Johnny demonstrates his faith through baptism.
